In a recent public address President Nana Akufo-Addo of Ghana told his people that the COVID pandemic had been planned. He based this on a 2010 document published by the Rockefeller Foundation which outlined a possible pandemic scenario, yet mirrors exactly what has happened in the world over the last two years.
